1. No Refunds on Digital Products
Since the products we offer are digital and intangible, we generally do not offer refunds once the product has been delivered or accessed. By purchasing a product, you agree to this policy.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We may consider a refund request under the following exceptional circumstances:
- Non-Delivery of Product: Due to some valid mailing issues of your email provider or our own server problem, if you do not receive a delivery email from us, allowing a reasonable processing time.
- Major Defects: Although all the products are thoroughly tested, unexpected errors may occur. If we are unable to resolve a substantial issue within a reasonable timeframe, a refund may be issued.
- Product Not as Described: A request based on this reason is acted on a case-by-case basis and subject to our approval.
3. Cancellation Policy
Since Vexzo provides digital products that are delivered instantly or electronically, once an order is placed and the digital product has been delivered or accessed, the order **cannot be cancelled**. However, if you have placed an order and have not yet received the digital delivery, you may request a cancellation within 1 hour of purchase by contacting our support team.
4. How to Request a Refund or Cancellation
Please contact our support team at contact page or via WhatsApp with your Order ID and a detailed description of the issue. We will review your request and notify you of the approval or rejection within 24-48 hours.
5. Processing Time
If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within **5-7 business days**.
