2. Delivery Timeframe
We aim for instant delivery, but processing times can vary:
- Instant Delivery: Most products are delivered automatically within seconds of payment confirmation.
- Manual Processing: Some premium setups or custom accounts may require manual processing, which can take anywhere from 1 to 24 hours.
- Delays: If you haven't received your product within 24 hours, please check your Spam/Junk folder before contacting support.
3. Shipping Costs
Since all our products are digital and delivered electronically, there are zero shipping costs for any order placed on Vexzo.
4. International Delivery
Our digital products can be delivered to customers worldwide. As long as you have a valid email address and internet connection, you can receive our products.
5. Non-Receipt of Digital Products
If you encounter any issues with receiving your digital product, please contact us immediately through our contact page or WhatsApp support. We will verify your order and re-send the details manually if needed.
